World Of Warcraft Causes Swan Rage

PhOt showed this to me and I could not believe it.

Now, I get that James Swan is obviously unstable, but this is pretty far. I get annoyed while interrupted during my gaming. I get annoyed around people in general. I see no reason to go so ballistic as to choke your mother, ESPECIALLY when it’s over WoW.

I’m sure that Blizzard giving 1.1 million to the make a wish foundation is a completely unrelated incident, but after so much negative press over people DYING while playing their games, they want to show they don’t condone that sort of behavior or addiction. Along with the in-game “All things in Moderation – Even WoW!” loading screens, I think Blizzard does a pretty great job of PR. I mean, how long have people been waiting for Starcraft II and it’s barely getting a beta?

Clever ones in that business…
