Rumor: Rockstar Scouting Hollywood for GTA V

Rockstar Games is reportedly doing research in the Hollywood area for the newest addition to the Grand Theft Auto series. Robert Purchese over at Eurogamer reports that an “independent source” has confirmed Rockstar’s presence in Hollywood, possibly in conjunction with the setting of GTA V.
When pressed for comment, Rockstar emphatically stated that they “[do] not comment on rumors or specs of our future.”
I'd really prefer them NOT going back to a city they've done already..I'd like to see something NEW from these guys..I want to see what they can really dew, y'know?
I'd really like to see them take on something like a Yakuza/Japanese Mafia style story. GTA Tokyo or something.
Noire trailers which you can find and 89didnt move you Rockstars prepping yet another for good measure………. .Max Payne 2 was featured in the latest issue of Edge Magazine after Rockstar released 2 screens last week following a 2yr hiatus. .Internet spy has been digging around in Rockstars and Take-Twos business and what the anonymous bloggers found has all but confirmed that Grand Theft Auto V will be announced soon……….
Rockstar Games Dan Houser explained that while movie deals have been explored Rockstar simply hasnt chosen to proceed with a movie based on its games. Were it to do so however it would be made in-house — or if not in tandem with only the best talent available…..Talking about bringing videogames into other forms of media the Rockstar co-founder addressed what everyone knows That most videogame-based movies stink.
