I think it's boring.
I don't get it at all.
I was talking to people today and they started talking about sports and I was like AHHHHHHHHHH WHY?! and then to make it worse they switched from baseball (which I kinda understand and oftentimes know what's going on with the sport) to football (which I know nothing about)
So it sucked.
Anyways, yeah.
Football.

Okay, you've lost speaking privileges. Saying football is too slow then saying you like baseball is retarded.
Baseball is a four hour game that has an actual ball in play for only 20 minutes. 20 minutes of live action over the course of four hours. That's not slow at all.

They should have saved a play that will never be run in a real game, since it wouldn't work under any circumstances, save for the first special teams play in the first game of the season with half the field covered in rookies? I don't think you understand the way football works. Trick special teams plays almost never work, and they're only attempted when they're unnecessary. If you need a first down, you go for it on fourth. You don't run a play like that, ever. The only stupid thing about that was the fact that their rookie punter could have been injured. But even then, Craig Hentrich is a much better punter, this is the only chance he'll have to play this season.

Tell that to Tony Kornheiser, Mike Wilbon and Chris 'Boomer' Berman and they will laugh their ass off at you. From what I said is exactly what they said and they know football as well as do I, played it and cheered for it. The point still stands, Special Teams plays do work. I can name countless times were they have been successful as a 4th down play, no trick. The one used in the Titans game was just for fun by Jeff Fisher (they tried that play numerous times in practice source: Rachel Nichols report, of course its going to work against a useless team like the Bills).

Kornheiser and Berman are both fucktards, and if you simply regurgitate what they say, you're an even bigger fucktard. But of course they thought it was good, it was a fucking preseason game. If he had tried it in a real game, they would have talked for two weeks about how stupid it was, especially if they had not gotten the first.

I probably know more about football, NFL history, players, stats, statistics and probably been to more NCAAF and NFL games than you have. Also went to Super Bowl 38 in Houston, great game and amazing experience & fun I might add. BUT HEY! Whatever you say man... Saying greats like Chris Berman a fucktard is a laughing stock of every football analyst AND pro football players there is today, laughing at you. He has the greatest respect from every football player today and you call him a fucktard. Amazing. And also, if you even watched the interview with Coach Tony Dungy about the Titans play, he also said they should of saved it for a regular season game. But like I said before, whatever you say man. Live in your mind thinking you know everything of football and which I know 100% you do. You are a true fan to UAB and I believe you played in the sport. Good for you, so did I, its a sport I also love. I find it amazing that you insult and proclaim that I don't know anything about football in just simple 2 posts I made... AMAZING! I want your power even though it sucks. But hey, in your mind you think that, I can respect that, no disrespect (and never did or am) from me there. Your word doesn't affect me at all. Period. Wow, again you're a dumbass. 1.) Where does knowledge of football (and fyi, I probably know more than you) come into play here? 2.) You didn't say shit about "giving QBs a chance or etc". You said in YOUR POST that "he wont get a chance because he went to UAB not a real school". That is full of shit sir, do you know what the NFL draft is and how the scouting stuff works? I guess now. Did you even LOOK at the stats that Morte has posted on that player? He is GOOD and he definite on making the NFL. Excellent example is Pat White from West Virginia or even Matt Ryan from Boston College.

Mention for Joe on Sports Illustrated (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/football/nfl/01/25/seniorbowl.monday/) today.
"Notes: One of the more interesting prospects on the field is former Alabama-Birmingham quarterback Joe Webb, who's exclusively lining up at receiver during the Senior Bowl. After some early bumps in practice, Webb got his feet underneath him and looked like the transition to his new position would be a smooth one. Webb's day culminated when he beat Florida State's Patrick Robinson on a deep route and made a difficult, over-the-shoulder reception."
Here's an accompanying pic.

Joe's stats upon arrival are:
6'3"
223 lbs
33 3/4" arm
10 3/4" hand
Which is the longest wingspan, largest hands, and biggest frame of all the receivers.

Pro Football Hall of Fame just recently signed I believe a 4 year contract deal with the Texas vs the Nation all star Football game. Them sponsoring the football game over basically the Senior Bowl was a shock. Even though it's still growing and it's the 4th year here in El Paso, every year it has gotten bigger in every way. Also the game literally closes out the college football season, happy that the Sun Bowl got this such big event for the past 4 years and the admin of the Texas vs the Nation game wants to keep it in El Paso for a long time like the Sun Bowl. Good deal. Over the years the numbers have grown for players drafted into the Pros. This game has grown strong, now it just needs to be on a better network than CBS College Sports channel.

TvtN still has a ways to go before it can get the name recognition that the Senior Bowl has. People currently view the Senior Bowl as the first choice and the TvtN game as the backup. You're more than right in saying they need a better network, but at least I get to watch that one, unlike the Senior Bowl. I have to go to a damn sports bar to watch that one.

Only problem with TvtN is the network. Last year was terrible on coverage. The announcers were terrible and the placing of the mics on the field were just in the wrong positions because there was this one mic that faced toward (I dunno why) the high school cheerleaders and majority of the time all you heard was there cheers. It was quite annoying.
It will improve but they're sure kickass football games.
