I've noticed that sometimes the "new post" thing won't come up, even though I realize that there ARE new posts that I haven't seen yet.
What's with that???

maybe it only works if someone besides yourself posts. *shrugs*

It always works for me, I also use the mark threads read.

it would be sexy if an RSS feed could be set up for new posts and thread and shit. just an RSS for updates to the site.

lol noo I mean like if I knew that I was the last person to post in a sub-forum, and I see that somebody else has actually posted, but the icon doesn't reflect that new post.

yeeeaaahh.
Well, when I logged out, it said all cookies cleared.
But I don't really think that should interfere with the whole new posts thing.

Do you press the mark forums read link?

No. I like to at least read most of the threads if I don't post in them.

RSS for a forum wouldn't be able to keep up with ANYTHING. It wouldn't update fast enough.
