Pocket Pikachu 2?

Remember during the virtual pet era, Nintendo released their own franchise-based pet, titled Pocket Pikachu? If you missed out, you were able to walk around with this small, yellow pedometer to accumulate "clicks", which were then used for everything from gifts to food for your little guy. Nintendo seems to, in a sense, be going back to this virtual pet era, because with the release of Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver, you get a pedometer bundled with the game. What does it do, exactly? Well, you can uplaod pokemon from your game to the pedometer, and as you wal karound, you'll accumulate experinece points and "watts", which are the game's currency. It is being called the Poké Walker.

Could they make it any more of an instant buy!?

If only you could transfer pokemon eggs onto it and do the walking to get it to hatch yourself! I just started running again, and on days when I get up and just want to laze, I'll start thinking about that Squirtle egg that's just waiting to hatch . . .

my nephew had the original pocket pikachu..... I tried to steal it once when he took my monkey gigapet but he bitched a fit and I never got my monkey back! :(

I had them all! I had about 4 gigapets, 5 tamagotchies, and i had 2 offbrand ones that had 5 in 1 virtual pets! <3 i still have one of my tamagotchies.... I should post a pic later!

I actually destroyed my gigapet fuck thing because it woke me up @ 2 AM of its stupid alarm thing whatever that its "hungry". I ran the little device over with my Mom's car.

I had all three of the Digimon things like this, and I have a Pocket Pikachu 2 that still runs on those very same batteries today.

This new one reminds me of taking my Chao for a walk on my Dreamcast memory card.
