Not sure what happened to the last one. Guess it got deleted. Oh well. Time to start fresh anyway :).
Pretty much the same rules apply as before. Place your request here, and I'll send you the sig via PM when it's complete.
Just try to have the following information ready for me when you make your request. It helps things go much, MUCH smoother. trust me.
Info Needed
Size: What dimensions do you want the signature to be? I can go as high as 500 x 150, but that's pushing it. I'm most comfortable working in the 350/400 x 100 range ( that's 350/400 pixels wide and 100 pixels tall. )
Example Size:

300 x 100
Theme: Basically, what style of signature do you want? Grunge? Abstract? Tech? I'll go into a little more detail about this in a moment.
Render/Stock Wanted: I cannot stress enough how important this part is, guys. If you want a specific stock image used, then please, please, supply a high quality image. Something bigger than the size of your signature. The larger, the better. can't expect greatness from a small phone pic, after all.
OK. Now, I'm going to go into the themes a bit. Themes are just another way of me saying styles.
Grunge: Basically, a dirty/gritty style. Rusted metal, scratched glass, things like this make up the grunge style.
Example:

Tech: High tech look. Usually contains lots of shapes, lines, and random text. Usually in the form of computer text.
I don't have any tech examples.
Abstract: Anything really. there's no real rule to it. Usually though, it has no real form.
Example:

Vector: Most of the time, this style is bright and vibrant. VERY bright, and vibrant.
I don't have any vector examples.
Freestyle: Basically, let the artist choose what style to use. This usually yields the best results, as the artist isn't constricted to any one style he might not be comfortable in. This usually works best for things like bands/musicians and celebrities.
Example:
Choosing "Freestyle", might yield something like this -

That ought to be enough info. I will let you know that my best styles are abstract, and grunge. Though I work best in freestyle.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them. Either here, or via PM. I'll do my best to help you out.
