Should BioShock 3 revisit Rapture?

This post is in response to Kotaku’s question, “Should BioShock 3 revisit Rapture?” While I didn’t enjoy BioShock 2 as much as the original, I couldn’t see myself playing BioShock 3 in any other setting.
